I know alot of people are saying i7 6700k but since you want video editing you'll need a 6800k. Not a big performance different in gaming but big difference in workstation tasks. Get a 6800k with a asus x99 rog strix gaming.
You would get the same fps. However the screen wouldn't refresh as fast so you wouldn't see the fps. There's really no different from 144 hz or 60 hz is just cheaper. Get a 60 hz and save money.
Get a i7 6800k more cores will benefit you in multitasking. For gpu your going to need a gtx 1080 to run 4k at good frames. Get Atleast 32gb dominator platnum. You'll also need a x99 motherboard and a 1 tb ssd would be good for you.
