I'm planning to upgrade my PC, need some help!

I'm planning to build a new pc myself instead of buying pre-built, I have a PSU and a GTX 950 that I bought a year ago. My PC is 6 years old, so I want to get new parts except PSU and GPU. Can anyone help me pick all the parts? My budget is ~$700.
