This has been happening to me too in Guild Wars 2, on a brand new computer. I just recently installed f.lux and nircmd, not sure why either would cause it.

After using on board graphics to update BIOS I was able to use my GPU. Solved, leaving thread up for posterity.

I removed the GPU and it's working with onboard graphics now. Still not sure what the issue with the GPU is, but I'm going to see what I can do now that I can get to BIOS and install OS.

Hi all, I recently build the PC below, and am having trouble getting it to boot. I cannot even get into the BIOS. When I power on, I a single post beep get to the motherboard splash screen that says "Gigabyte Ultra Durable Series Motherboards" with options including "[DEL] bios setup, etc"...
