3080 aorus x570

So I am trying to troubleshoot this issue. I am black screening whenever I am playing a graphic heavy game like MW2. I get a few matches in and the screen goes black and there is a windows error sound, but I cant locate it after a restart. Troubleshooting i've done that has not fixed the issue...

I've had the feeling that my GPU or my systems has been underperforming for a while. There is comming some wierd humming noises from the computer as well as something that sounds like an old SATA disk from the GPU it self. At first I thought it was something to do with an old 750 power supply...
