60hz 1920x1080

hi my 100hz innoview 24 inch 1920x1080 screen could't go over 60hz. Found out it's my cable so i bought a new one. I still can'T go over 60 hz even tho on the amazon page it says that the cable is 1920x1080 and goes at 120hz. i have an amd 7900 xt. i don't kno what to do help Cable page ...
