    PC doesn't work?

    I was out for a bit, I left my PC on. However, when I came back the PC was turned off. When I try to turn on my PC the PC makes long beep noises 7 times, and eveything in my pc is working but there is no video. It doesn't go in the BIOS and my peripherals are not lighting up. PLEASE HELP!
