    [SOLVED] Cpu (I7-10700F) stuck at base clock 2.9Ghz

    Hello, Like i've said in the title, the clock speed is stuck at 2.9 and the ratio is stuck at 29. That's only since today, yesterday and before it worked perfectly at 4.5Ghz and at 48 ratio. Thanks in advance.

    Question Problems with refurbished Dell gaming PC
