I was in the process of upgrading my Ryzen 3 1300x to a Ryzen 5 5600x, after updating the BIOS with the R3 still in, my computer now won't start up or show anything on the display. I have tried installing the R5 and that didn't work so I'm guessing its not a CPU issue despite the CPU EZ...
So I got my hands on a Ryzen 5 5600x and I did not realize that my motherboard wasn't compatible. It is the b350m bazooka, and is compatible with the AMD processors up to (and including) the 3000 series processors. The website for compatibility of the motherboard can be found here...
My motherboard is a B350M Bazooka- I am just wondering if an 8X2GB kit of Crucial Ballistix will be compatible? My motherboard only states 2933(OC), 3200(OC) so I'm not sure.

In the past I've updated my bios but then something must've got corrupted because I couldn't boot my pc up after, resulting in me having to reset my CMOS for the first time which was scary... recently I've bought more RAM but apparently my motherboard isn't strong enough to handle it fully...

So basically, I have a ryzen 3 1200 that I want to replace with a Ryzen 5 3600. I updated my bios to the most recent one and switched the cpus but after I start the computer, it doesnt want to boot. The problem is in the cpu or the compatibility because when I put back my ryzen 3 1200, it works...
