Boot Loop

My Laptop is not is not detecting one of my USB Flash Drive. Other Flash Drive is detecting. That Flash Drive is working in DVD Player.

I have an ASUS - P5KVM board with Intel G33 Chipset , and a E7200 dual core processor and 2 GB RAM. Suggest best graphic card so, I can play new PC games. Thanks Ravi

My computer says it is connected to my router, but the internet will not work. It was working just tested day but then it stopped. The ipv4 and ipv6 say no internet acces. I've tried many fixes I found on Google, but none of them seem to work. Don't know what other information may be needed so...
