broken keyboard

Hello, yesterday I turned my computer on, and my roccat Vulcan tkl pro keyboard was doing weird things. The o,p,e, u,], tab keys were responding, if I pressed the ctrl key would swipe through loads of different things on my screen, then stop if I clicked it again, the esc key was also doing...

So I was cleaning my laptop keyboard with a wet wipe and then the letter E was lifted up. now its wobbly and I was wondering how do I fix that? Do I need to change the whole keyboard? A replacement keyboard is 100$ on amazon so I was wondering if there is anything I can do.

My laptop keyboard seems to be broken because whenever I type press a key it gets stuck on it even though physically the key is not stuck. It could be a software issue or a hardware issue. I plan on buying an external keyboard to test it out again tomorrow, but I am worried that my laptop might...
