memory speed vs processor speed. I have an X3470 processor. I am trying to overclock. What is more important, 3.5ghz cpu / 1600mhz memory speed, or 3.9ghz cpu / 1400mhz memory speed? I can't get the processor to overclock high without lowering the memory speed.
