I'm playing destiny 2 using ryzen 2600 and rtx 2080 with 16 GB of RAM, and I'm playing under medium settings and still falling below 60 fps and was wondering if my cpu is bottle necking. The cpu usage doesn't go to 100% but it stays higher then gpu some of the time. Plz help
