So today I had to take out new ryzen 5 3600 and i guess I went overboard with the thermal paste but I got some on the cpu pins only like 5-6 I got the majority of the big stuff just can't get the small nith gritty stuff is it safe to use a toothbrush with alcohol on it and.softly brush it off...
