    Question Death Stranding - FPS issues on high-end rig?

    I get a choppy framerate when I'm capped at 240 fps. But it's silky smooth when I cap it at 120 fps. In general, I'm able to reach an average of 180 fps, but it doesn't feel smooth when the in-game limiter is set to 240 fps. The weirdest part is that this issue goes away if I'm using keyboard...

    Ps4 PRO or PS4+TV or PC

    Hello i my budget is enough for one of these but i dont know what is best for me pls help. I need to choose one of these 3, and i have PC but old, i5-3470, gtx 660ti, 8gb ram etc. So if i get playstation i can play death stranding( biggest reason why i want ps, and ps exclusive games too)...
