display manager

This is on Lubuntu 19.04 x64 but I've also tried x32 Lubuntu 18 as well. I've tried different USB drives and even trying to boot off of a DVD but I get the same message every time. This is an older Dell Inspiron M5030 with an Athlon II P360 and 3GB of DDR3. Could anybody help me out? I'm not...
