When I was in Windows 10 I could have a folder open on my desktop and take files from the desktop and drag and drop them into that file folder (in c:), and it would be moved and saved in that folder and not exist on the desktop anymore. Hi, Dragging is not working anymore. I can drag the windows and apps etc but it's not possible to drag a file e.g. on the desktop or explorer. Also, it's not possible to drag a text or image in the browsers or any other app. What I tried so far: Another mouse Esc key Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image...
