If I overclock my FX-8320 to 4.2Ghz, will it perform the same as the FX-8350? And if not, why? I think they are the same chips, just the 8320 is under-clocked. Thanks.

So I overclocked my cpu to stable 4,5ghz, but noticed when on idle it doesn't lower it's frequency automatically. What settings should I turn on off in bios to turn that feature again?
