dying cpu

Hi, i've had Intel Xeon X5450 it causes BSOD when it get under load at stock clock speeds. I've analysed the Minidump file and it causing CPU Cache. I've used it with OC for 6 months at 3.60 GHz with 1.51V. last 1 months it causing BSOD even at stock speeds. I'm suppose that the CPU is dying...
