My pc spec : Intel Quad Q8200 (4Cpus) @2,33 GHz AMD Radeon HD 5570 1GB ddr3 128bit 4GB RAM Can I run GTA V?

I have installed a new Windows 10 for my new build and have installed all my old SSDs on it as well. The OS recognizes all my old SSDs acept for the one with the old Windows 10 on it. It only sees a few MB. How can begin to read all the data on the old SSD with old windows on it?
