Hello all, I have a Corsair 280x case and I'm planning to put a radiator at the top, would it be better if the fans were placed on top of the radiator or underneath it?

My old Corsair H100i water cooler broke down within the pump. I now have spare two fans. I was wondering if it would be ok to use the static fans as an intake on the bottom of the case. I was also wondering if it would still have sufficient blow especially if my GPU covers about 70% of the fan.
