faulty hdd

i got 191 bad sectors on 500 gb hdd https://im.ge/i/6uQ8z and i want to get the data from it but copying speed is too too low it maybe take a week to copy 100 gb from it maybe a month i tried to use todo backup to clone one partition of 100 gb and it takes about 30 m or more to move 1...
