I have default settings on my fx-8320, 3,5GHz and 4,0GHz turbo clock. However, when I play games or run stress tests, the clock never goes to 4,0GHz, but stays at 3,5GHz or 3,7GHz. The cpu utilization stays low as well. I'd like to get as much power out of my cpu so I could play cpu intensive...
