Gammaxx 400

I recently bought some thermal paste from the brand Duratech. It's a small tube and has a thermal conductivity of 6.5 W/m-k. Is this good enough for the i7-870 with a GAMMAXX 400 cooler?

Hi everyone! As title says I'm choosing the cooler to buy for i7 9700 (non k). Heard about Noctua NH-U9S (63$) and Deepcool Gammaxx 400 (22$) What to buy? Any other choices? I'd save money and buy the Gammax 400 tbh i7 9700 2060S B365 Aorus Elite 2x8gb 2666 Corsair Spec Delta Corsair CM550M 550W
