    CPU Fan doesn't spin at boot when all other fans reach max

    I have a Gigabyte Gaming G1 Z97 board, and recently I've noticed the CPU fan doesn't spin at boot when the rest of the fans spin up as part of the boot. The CPU fan seems to twitch, and then stays off. PC boots fine otherwise. CPU fan does come on when needed (quick firing of Prime95 forces it...
