    Question Frame Drops after GPU cleaning with brush

    I cleaned full pc. and i used paint brush to clean GPU fans and after deep cleaning pc i turned on perfectly booted. But when i started a game i got frame drops, can someone help? I using Nvidia 1050 TI Graphic Card.

    i have a Dell Vostro 270s (Service Tag GQBBX1) and a gtx 750ti but only have a single slot while the gpu is double slot so should i cut the second metal slot and let the cooler remain.
