Question GTA 5 is only running at around 50-70 fps with the GTX 1660 Ti
Hello! I have a GTX 1660 Ti and whenever I'm playing GTA 5 online, I only get around 50-70 fps. My friend with a GTX 1050 Ti is getting 100+ fps, so I don't understand this anymore. The GPU is hardly used by the game -

i have i7 8700 non k and rtx 2060 6gb vram and 16 gb ram, i have kep almost everything at high performance and tried vsync off but i can get past 45 fps my monitor is 60hz and temp reaches around 27 max and gpu utilazation is around 80 does anyone has any idea why this might be
