Hi, I'll be building new gaming/editing pc soon. I'm also on budget so I try to save where possible. I'm going with skylake processor, so I was thinking on running H110 with 16gb of DDR4 ram, xeon e3 1230v5 and gtx 950/960. Would that work or should I go bigger? Thanks.

Not sure what has happened to the port and or cord but every time I accidentally bump my desk my screen goes out for a second and refreshes itself back on. And if I were to move the cord from the back or bump it when messing with my USB's it does the same, sometimes longer than other incidents...

Just lately my GTX 970 has been climbing up to 70 degrees in Battlefield Hardline multiplayer. Previous to this I have usually been able to maintain 60-63 degrees with 35% fan speed. Is something wrong with my GPU or has the game I'm playing possibly become more demanding?
