    Brand new laptop has battery issues

    this laptop is brand new, the model is 15s-du0xxx and it just recently happened that whenever my battery is plugged in its 100% and when i unplug it it becomes 95% for some reason, how do i stop this from happening? I don't wanna buy another laptop battery just to fix this.

    Question is it safe to use my new laptop for gaming?

    the model is HP Laptop 15s-du0xxx and i want to use it for emulating games from ps1 ps2 and psp. keep in mind everytime i emulate a game i plug it in just in case. is it safe to plug in my laptop while 100% and playing games?
