internet not working

so i have a i7-7600k with 16gb of corrsair vengence rgb ram but what i think kills all of that is my gpu that is a geforce 220

Is it possible to change the device id of my gpu to another gpu, ex- Gtx 650ti to Gtx 680 or Gtx 660ti.?. I know I wont get any performance diff. Just to show off to my friends . I wanna change vram size and device id alone. No overclocking or that stuff.

So I want to ship several PC components, namely the motherboard/GPU/RAM, to a house in Tahoe where it will likely be snowing. These components will likely be left there for several hours by the door. These components won't be opened for about 7 days after delivery, so plenty of time to dry out...

Well, im just curious about how much the difference is, being integrated graphics, Turbo boost, etc.
