Shipping PC Components in Snow

So I want to ship several PC components, namely the motherboard/GPU/RAM, to a house in Tahoe where it will likely be snowing. These components will likely be left there for several hours by the door. These components won't be opened for about 7 days after delivery, so plenty of time to dry out. Will these components be in said environment.

yes, most electronic components are good down to about -20C, some down to -40C. As long as it's thoroughly dry with no condensation before pluging in.

I am more worried about moisture than anything else, can moisture damage components that have never been turned on.

Also make sure they are in anti-static bags also.
