ive never seen anything like this. i cant even get to the screen to input apple id or even a passcode which was 0000 its asking for some original ipad setup key or something does anyone know anythign about this or how i can get into the ipad to set it up from factory reset? thank you thank you

under the screen time allowed apps menu there a bunch of these apps with no icon and random names consisted of random numbers and letters. They dont show up anywhere else only here. If anyone knows what going on help will be greatly appreciated.
