jabra earbuds

Hi, I have my desktop connected via HDMI to my Samsung ue40j5510 TV and want to listen throughmy Jabra Elite 75t earbuds. I can't seem to accomplish this.. At first I thought I had to change some settings on my desktop but given the fact its connected via HDMI and I can plug in wired...

My Jabra Elite 65t earbuds were doing super well for a while, but recently my right earbud has been super quiet compared to the left earbud. I move my head and it just becomes more quiet. I've tried resetting/factory resetting them, cleaning them, contacting Jabra (no response for a few days)...
