    Can a motherboard bottleneck cpu/gpu?

    Hello, I want to build a newpc. MSI H110 VH PLUS, 8 GB PC 19200, GTX 1050 ti, Intel core i5 6600. My friend said that i should buy a motherboard that is atleast H170, because an H110 can bottleneck my CPU. Is it true? Cause the H170 is a bit more expensive.
