    Question USB works on external hard drives but not on other devices

    Hello! I have Lenovo Thinkpad L520 laptop and I tried to install windows with USB flash drive but it didn't show up in the boot menu. On boot it shows 'ME is in recovery mode' and I tried to update BIOS and Management Engine but no luck. I've also heard that some people fixed it with CMOS...
