    PC Underperforming on GTA 5

    I feel like my current setup (i7 4770k, GTX 770 2GB, 8GB RAM) is underperforming on GTA 5. From task manager, it looks like my RAM is running out, but I have no other programs running in the background, and GTA is only using 4 of my 8GB of RAM. Please help. http://imgur.com/a/KpASI
