line of site

I am planning a Point to Point wireless link using two Tp link cpe210. Distance is 500m. There is one house in the middle blocking line of sight. Will it interfere or stop the 2.4 Ghz signal?

I am living in an RV Park and want to share use of my plex media server with my parents who live in the same park. Their unit is 300 feet away and there are units in between us. Running Ethernet would be ideal and I’d like to but rules don’t allow it since we aren’t in adjoining lots. However...
