logitech g pro x

I've been trying to get my headset mic to work for multiple hours now and nothing seems to fix it. It honestly might be dead for no reason at all but I'll give it one last shot. I've tried pretty much everything I've found online from uninstalling in device manager or through control panel...

Im able to buy a new headset, i like how mic sounds on both headsets (but i honestly prefer how the logitech g pro x sounds). From where im buying both these headsets are the same price. Which headset has the better sound quality though? Ik that logitech virtual 7.1 surround sound apparently...
