For some reason, my DRAM frequency is working at 2400mhz instead of 4800. I have a GIGABYTE Z690 UD AX, and I was told to update the bios, and I did, but that did not solve the issue. What should I do? (Both rams are placed correctly) CPU: intel i5 12600 kf RAM: kingston 166x2 ddr5

When gaming I will inexplicably get FPS drops. I downloaded MSI afterburner and can see that the core clock will randomly drop from around 1200 mhz down to as low as 37 mhz. I am not sure why, my GPU when gaming never gets above 45 degrees celsius and I have the power limit set to plus 10...
