Most of the stutters happen inbetween scene changes, which made me think they may be asset load stutters. BUT the clip is of the second run of the benchmark, so it should all be loaded in, right?

hii my pc has stutters every few seconds since day 1 in literally every game and its gotten worse over time, happens in offline games as well

things i tried:
xmp on/off
drivers are up to date
clean windows install
reset
3 different monitors

Its generally a badly optimized game i know. My rig isnt impressive either: Ryzen 5 1600X, 16GB of RAM at 3200Mhz and an RX 570 (4GB) version.
But even if i put my resolution to 720p and shut everything off, the game would still do this.
My friends with 1050 Ti and RX 580 dont have this at all...
I tried Overclocking my CPU to 5GHZ, i'm new to Overclocking and tried out diffferent Settings i saw on YT.
When i do the Cinebench R15 Bench i get a better score than before.
But if i try gaming Warzone then my game freezes sometimes for a Second or two.

hello, i've been having this problem for a while now and after some research on the internet, i found out the cause of my problem is my USB wifi adapter (Netis WF2190). i don't have any way of plugging a cable in my pc, so that's why i bought a USB one but i heard more people had similar problem...
