    [SOLVED] Mid End PC lags in EVERY application.

    I've had this issue for a while now so if anyone could help me it would be highly appreciated. PC Specs: AMD RX580 8GB i7 8700k 8GB RAM Corsair SF600 PSU I've had this issue for a while now where my PC lags in almost evey application ranging from google chrome to ARK. I find it very weird...
