missing pins

Does anyone knows if this is fixable? I still have the pad of solder but i dont know if i m able to scrape a tiny bit of surface on the CPU to be able to see the copper and then solder that pad to it. Any help would be appreciated. Here is the image: View: https://imgur.com/a/QNQ7n56
