monitor flickering

So basicly I bought a new monitor and it's flickering while I'm not playing games. I bought Asus TUF Gaming VG249Q1R 1080p 24 inch 165 hz. I have it on 144hz because i don't want to overclock it. I've tried turning off and on all kinds of settings like amd freesync etc. And it's only...

Hi there, So here's a video of my issue. I MAY have accidentally splashed some kind of liquid, like soda inside the top fan by accident. https://streamable.com/u6ditt P.S. Occasionally the entire freezes for a single second or two, then resumes the loop as you see in the video. :)) Any idea?
