hello i been trying to help my friend with his new asus strix gtx 1080 graphics card. he plugged everything well even the power cables and when he turns the pc on the screen shows nothing just a no signal. however when he uses his old gtx 960 the pc works but soemtimes he is getting black...

So, I installed 4gb of ram in my brother's pc. In bios it's showing 4gb that's great but in windows it is only 2.44gb. Anyone know what's going on? It's 4gb ddr2 800 RAM and windows 10 64bit.
