not enough

i built a new pc last month(my first build) specs: RTX 2070, RYZEN 5 2600, G.Skill RipjawsV 16GB DDR4-3200MHz, MSI b450 tomahawk, psu corsairTX650M, 1TB HDD. I checked it many times i think i have build it correctly.Only problem is that i hear a little sound when the cpu is at high temps like 55...

I was looking at CPUs for a potential build and saw some i3s with 'T' or 'U' after the '6100'. What do the 'T's and 'U's mean?? I know they are less powerful but that's about it. Thanks in advance
