OSD

I have a Viotek monitor and it is stuck in a service mode "blighttime" burn in test where when my computer goes to sleep the screen cycles through RGB. I fixed this before but cannot for the like of me remember how I accessed the service/factory OSD. Does anyone know how to do this?
