overclock memory

I overclock my memory to the max in AMD Ryzen Master and after that USB and Monitor dont work i see some tutorials and then say to reset BIOS but i do this in aplication not in the BIOS a do many time remove batery from MB for ten minutes and still dont work any ideas?

I have a 2600x and my corsair ram is supposed to run at 3000mhz but its inly doing 2400 or 2100. My question is will enabling my axmp profile for my ram mess up anything on my computer or brick windows? Got alot of stuff i dont really feel like putting back on the pc again!
