    [SOLVED] Question about PSU with Motherboard.

    I will buy a i5 6600k, asus z170-e MB, 8gb ram ddr4 2400mhz with a super nice price, so my power supply just has a 4 pin connector for the cpu alimentation atx12volts, and in the motherboard there are 8 pins, i have no more money to buy a new psu, can i just connect the 4 pin connector only...

    [SOLVED] 8pin motherboard

    i have an 8pin motherboard and a 24pin powersupply so can i use 6+2 connector for the motherboard? or can i use the 4+4 pin for the motherboard?.. or should i just get 24 to 8 adapter ..
