Hello, my PC has been crashing randomly once every few hours for the past month or so, I have had the computer for a couple of years so its not a new build or anything. The crashes happen exclusively when I am playing games. I can rule out overheating since I have checked both GPU and CPU temps...

For some reason when I try to watch a video and play a game it will go just fine for a while but then in the middle of gaming the monitors will shut off for no reason and I can still hear the game and video but the monitors will say no signal if anyone knows anything to help me fix this pls...
I've been struggling with a crashing issue for what feels like a year. I've been putting it off since it used to be random and very infrequent. But it has finally progressed to a point where the problem is repeatable/testable.
