prebuilds tips

Hey! I have a few prebuilds in mind, but im not quite sure what would be better for me. I want it to be able to run my 3 monitors, play games at 144 hz over 100 fps and in the future VR games. My current pc acts out when i use all 3 screens the ram and cpu shoots up and youtube just freezes...
