I am going to buy an rtx 3060ti gpu. I currently running my system with a 550-watt power supply. Will it be enough to handle the rtx 3060ti card or should I also buy a new PSU?

When I install certain apps, I get the error "-2146959355". Searched it up, no results. Keep in mind I resetted my device completely

I don't understand why does my computer randomly shuts off (a lot more recently) and won't turn back on unless I replug the power supply from the computer? It's not overheating, my GPU stays around 70 degrees celsius. Specs: AMD Ryzen 7 3700x Nvidia RTX 2070 super MSI x570 gaming plus...
